Other:
Insurance Certificates shall certify that no material
alteration, modification or termination of coverages
shall be effective without at least thirty (30) days
advance written notice to Certificate Holder.
 
*All policies (excluding Worker’s Compensation) shall name the GP PO Portland Investment Company, LLC
and Gilbane Development Company as additional insureds with respect to work performed at the property.
